What communication channels does IPQ use for daily work?

We will be available for weekly or biweekly meetings with the client to discuss short- and long-term actions. We’ll share a Google Sheets document to take notes during these meetings and report on relevant KPIs. After each meeting, we will request written approval for short-term actions. Once confirmed, we will provide updates on ongoing projects and growth initiatives. The brand’s POC can be added to our Slack workspace, or IPQ can join the client’s messaging platforms for daily communication. End-of-month reports and on-demand inquiries will be shared via email. Additionally, we will save all delivered files in a Google Drive folder, shared with the assigned POCs for future reference. Weekly or biweekly meeting notes will also be saved in this folder.

In addition to weekly or biweekly reports during meetings, IPQ prepares End-of-Month reports by the 7th business day of each month. These reports detail progress in each Amazon area, completed improvements, planned optimizations for the following month, and relevant trends to monitor. Clients will need to provide feedback to identify any consistent business trends affecting Amazon performance and suggest any adjustments or highlighted information for the upcoming month.

The IPQ Team will not be integrated into the client’s task manager. We use our own internal task manager to manage project progress and track trends. Managing each client’s task manager would be inefficient and could compromise communication quality. Centralizing communications through a few POCs has proven to be more efficient. Brand Managers will develop comprehensive strategies and action plans that both IPQ Teams and the client’s team can understand and implement. These plans will be delivered to the client, who will then distribute them to the relevant department or personnel. For instance, if IPQ requests themed videos for Christmas, the Brand Manager will plan the content, review existing resources, and create an engaging video that adheres to Amazon policies and can be used across various platforms like Amazon Sponsored Brand Ads, Catalog, Brand Store, Amazon Inspire, etc.

We use Helium 10 for product and market research, SEO ranking follow-up, competitor intelligence, and ad automation. We also manage customer feedback and review request email campaigns using Feedback Five tools. For inventory management, we are launching a new replenishment software in partnership with our 3PL associate, integrating AI and historical sales data to provide accurate replenishment suggestions and alerts. For listing analysis, we use Helium 10 and DeepDive. We continuously seek new tools and software to improve control over Amazon operations and provide more accurate KPI data. Our service price includes all the platforms listed above. We will connect your Amazon account to our tools. If the client prefers to use their own accounts on these or other platforms, the monthly cost will be at the client’s expense, as our platforms will still be available. It is more cost-effective for us to manage our clients from the same session of each platform rather than having multiple separate logins.

IPQ Team leadership will meet with Point of Contact you assign on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to give you updated on relevant KPIs and specific projects  , depending on your Amazon account’s needs or your requirements. Furthermore, IPQ will develop monthly reports on all the operations we will be managing for you.
